The Valley Life : Attack on Portales Restaurant

At roughly 3:08pm today (Thursday) April 1th. A man walking along Castro Valley Boulevard threw a chair at a window of Portales. This was an unprovoked act. The man continued waking down the boulevard afterward. While the window was not shattered, it will need to be replaced.
